   Good afternoon,

   My name is Holly Walker. I’m the committee chair for Pack 398 in Mustang. This unit has been in the Mustang area for at least the last 25 years. I’ve been with it for more than 8.

   We are currently looking for a new charter organization, and are hoping that your church could be a good fit. We’re really excited that the scouting program has opened up to girls as well, providing them more options than ever before to grow up with the values and reverence that Cub Scouts and ScoutsBSA delivers in its program. Personally, I couldn’t imagine a better program for my own daughter, having seen 2 sons through the journey.

   We have always been a pretty self-sufficient unit. We do our own fundraising and manage our own events that the church is more than welcome to be involved in. Our biggest need is just the ability to sign up girls in the unit and a meeting space.

   I would love to hear back from someone to discuss the program in depth, and how we may be able to build a relationship together, supporting the youth in our community.
